Ultrasonic atomizing pieces, also known as ultrasonic atomizing transducers, are core parts of ultrasonic atomizing devices and equipments such as ultrasonic humidifiers, ultrasonic nebulizers. Some of the common atomizing pieces include ceramic atomizing pieces and microporous atomizing pieces:
1） Ceramic atomizing pieces are generally drived by higher voltage of 24-48V, frequency is basically more than 1.7MHZ. The principle is that the atomizing transducers vibrate rapidly in the liquid and then the water molecules can be broke down into small droplets which are vaporized into the air to form mist, widely used in someplace where the heavy mist is required such as industry, storage, planting, hotels, office buildings, etc.
2）Microporous atomizing pieces are made of perforated steel sheets and piezoelectric ceramics, driving power is small and the frequency is mostly less than 1khz. With the help of ultrasound, atomizing transducers spray water from the micro holes and produce small size liquid droplets. Microporous atomization are commonly used in small-volume atomizing applications such as vehicle atomizers, beauty atomizers, aromatherapy atomizers, essential oil atomizers, household atomizer, etc.
